Orders & Delivery
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2–5 business days nationwide across South Africa depending on your location.
Yes. Free delivery on all orders over R500. A flat delivery fee applies to orders below R500.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your delivery in real time.
Currently we only deliver within South Africa. International shipping is something we are working towards.
Products
Yes. All Kalon products are made from food-grade or skin-safe materials and are tested for quality before being listed. Always follow the usage instructions included with each product.
Start with the lightest resistance level. Chew for 10–20 minutes per day. Progress to higher resistance levels as your jaw muscles strengthen. Results are typically visible after 4–8 weeks of consistent use.
The Kalon Jaw Trainer comes with three resistance levels — light, medium, and firm — to suit beginners through to advanced users.
Rinse jaw trainers with warm water and mild soap after each use. For skin tools like derma rollers, clean with 70% isopropyl alcohol before and after every session.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once we have received and inspected the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayFast. All transactions are secured and encrypted via PayFast's payment gateway.
Yes. Kalon runs on Shopify which is PCI DSS compliant. Your payment information is fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.
