Refund Policy

Our Commitment
At Kalon, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned within 7 days of delivery date
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skin care or grooming products unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method via PayFast.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skin care or grooming products
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items not in original condition or packaging
