Dispatch
All Kalon orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, the courier may leave a collection notice or attempt redelivery. Kalon is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within South Africa. International shipping will be available in future — sign up to our mailing list to be notified when it launches.
